Photocrati – For Photographers by a Photographer. He has tutorials and reviews. Fab!
PixelatedImage – Has all kinds of good stuff. Mostly inspirational (he does NGO work… *sigh*) but he has some cool and cheap ebooks I may actually buy and reviews.
